Winter Celebration

Kenzi had her first winter celebration performance this weekend.  She did a great job holding hands and dancing with her class.  I am a little behind and will add some pictures of her actually dancing!

Flap Stick {Kirkland}

Uncle Jason invited us to join him and some other friends for an evening of mini putt putt and dinner.
The girls really had fun playing mini golf {first time!} we'll have to do this again soon!

Cookie Decorating

Our friends {The Miikki''s} invited us over after school to decorate Christmas cookies.

It was a bit messy but so fun for the kids!  Emi goes to school with Matias and Kenzi and I have gotten to know his sisters {twins} Olivia and Sofia and their parents.  It's great having friends so close by!

Kenzi really had fun  loves squeezing out icing of th bottle and decorating with mini marshmallows.

Emi was really concentrating on her decorating, Alyssa had so many candies and sprinkles!

Serres Farm

We visited Serres Farm {same as last year} for our tree.  

It has nice trees that are pretty reasonable, the farm is not too big or over whelming and it'snot too muddy.

After we got the tree set up on the stand, the girls got busy decorating.  E & K pretty

much took over and had so much fun putting each ornament on. 

 It was really fun to watch and hear them working together so nicely.

Ice Skating

We took the girls to Redmond Town Center

 today to get out of the {Erich was sick and we were getting cabin fever after 2 days at home}

While I shopped Erich took the girls ice skating, it was their first time

 {it wasn't real ice} but they had so much fun!

The last time Erich ice skated was 8 years ago today 

{when he proposed and we ice skated at Bellevue Park}

Kenzi and Emi liked skating so much that they wanted to go back for more after lunch.

Post Thanksgiving

Emi lost her other front tooth after Thanksgiving {she lost her first one during Thanksgiving dinner}

We were taking it easy since Daddy was not feeling well after Thanksgiving.

Kenzi wanted to draw smiley faces on the backs of our Christmas cards.

After Daddy got better then Kenzi got sick 

{she had a fever for a few days and then an ear infection}she had a rough few days. 

We knew Kenzi was feeling better when she was interested in working in her ABC sticker book.

Hoping that Emi and I stay healthy!

Kenzi always ask to buy flowers when we get groceries.  Today I talked her into a pretty little rose plant.
