Tattoos and Fro Yo

We met up with Auntie Laurie and Auntie Emily on this sunny Monday at Lake Boren Park for a picnic.  It was SO warm that the girls didn't play much on the playground but thankfully Emily brought some tattoos from our adventures in Arizona to share with girls.  Emi and Kenzi loved them!

Emi saw these tip jars on the counter at Zoe Yogurt and she wanted to take this picture for Nathan to see that she is definitely a Husky fan.

Girls' night out!

We decided to go out to Bellevue Square since Daddy is away this weekend.  We had a nice dinner at Nordstrom Cafe, the girls got new shoes and we stopped by their favorite stores.

Kenzi's Last day at the Garden {in the Ladybugs Class}

Thank you to these wonderful ladies and teachers who helped Kenzi through her first year of preschool.  Kenzi loved coming to school each day to paint, play with her friends and teachers.

Great Wolf Lodge

Emi was invited to Great Wolf Lodge for a birthday party {before Kenzi broke her arm} since Kenzi just got the cast off 2 days ago she was not feeling ready for the water fun.  We found other ways to have fun at the Lodge...Kenzi won 1,000 tickets at the arcade!





She was so happy to get these 2 stuffed animals and to just sit outside and watch kids splash and play.
Maybe someday we will come back...although we thought this was our last visit (if you remember from a few years ago we all got really sick after our first trip to Great Wolf Lodge and I swore I'd never go back!  This time Emi got a fever a few days after and then Kenzi got the same :/ )

Tillamook Cheese Factory

We had a fun family weekend in Portland and before we headed home we decided to take a detour to the Tillamook Cheese Factory.  Unfortunately we didn't see too much action on the factory tour but the girls loved sampling the different cheese and the yummy ice cream!!!

Teacher Walk Out Day

The teachers in the Issaquah School District were having a walk out today so I got to hang out with Emi, Nathan and Collin while their siblings were in school.  We had so much fun going to Barnes and Noble and stopping by Costco for a treat.  I love how this trio is together.

3 amazing kids and readers!

Mother's Day

Thank you for a wonderful Mother's Day {off!} Erich and the girls made me breakfast and celebrated me with some gifts {Emi made this lovely lily pad jewelry holder, Kenzi had a special tea at her school} and I got a cute workout tank top.  Then I spent the day with my Mom and sisters, we shopped, had lunch, shopped and had a nice home cooked meal by my Dad.
