Visiting baby Vivian

Kenzi and I stopped by to visit Auntie Laurie and Baby Vivian.  Kenzi had so much fun holding her and playing with her {on the play mat, in the swing, reading books and giving her a binky} it's so sweet to watch her be so kind and gentle with her little friend.

Our friends Trent and Steph had their 2nd baby boy last week and we were so excited to meet him!  The girls were all over holding him, what a sweet baby he is!  Congratulations!!!

Gung Gung's 65th Birthday!

We celebrated my Dad's 65th birthday today!  He was happy and we all laughed a lot over a funny book that we made filled with 65 and more of his sayings, wisdom and many stories and memories throughout the years.  Happy birthday Dad!  We love you!

Five Guys

After school Kenzi and I stopped at Five Guys for a hamburger and yummy fries.  Kenzi ate lunch at school but enjoyed sharing some fries with me!

Now that school is out we can spend more time with Melanie and Abby!  Here's the trio having fro-yo {Abby is sitting with Mommy}

Next morning, time to play at the park and look for ducks!

Everyone is tired and no one wants to look at the camera {at least not all at the same time!}

Kenzi's First {Successful} Dental Exam

Maybe Kenzi gets nervous about the dentist from her Mommy but today she was brave and ready for the dentist, she made it through the whole exam!  Yay!!!  Last attempt she fell asleep on the way and to be fair she had just broken her arm the weekend before...time before that she was not willing to open her mouth or sit in the chair...what a big girl she is now!  Thankful for Dr. Wong and her great staff!

I missed getting a shot of the exam by Dr. Wong, but Kenzi cooperated and did not seem scared at all!

So we did promise her a little something extra if she could be brave today at the dentist, here she is with her Boo dog.  Happy, happy!
