Little Gym

Kenzi enjoyed her last day of Little Gym today.  We started this session on June and she was barely participating, she's made a lot of progress since then {yay!!!} 

Edgebrook pool

We were invited to swim with friends at the Edgebrook pool last week.  It was sunny and warm {perfect pool weather} and so fun for the girls.  Kenzi splashed in the 2ft section and Emi, Bryn and Natalie jumped off the diving board and played in the 3-4ft part of the pool.  Thanks for a fun afternoon!

Semiahmoo Bay

We spent the weekend on Semiahmoo Bay crabbing with the Cirineo and Beck families. The girls had so much fun playing together and the guys had a great time crabbing...oh and the moms enjoyed catching up.  It was a great get away with perfect weather too.

6 year well check up

While we were waiting this is what I was dealing with...Kenzi loves the mirror, 

crawling around on the crunchy paper and being silly as ever!

Emi checked out great and is growing like a regular 6 year old should 

{so blessed to have a happy and healthy girl!}

Emi's Birthday

On Emi's birthday she wanted to pick blueberries and paint!  So that's what we set out to do that day!  She had a fun morning picking berries with Kenzi and Mommy.  Then we met Gung Gung, Po Po and Uncle Joe for dim sum and painting.  Emi painting a heart shaped plate for Melanie {cousin} and Kenzi painted a cat coin bank and put and "M" on it for Melanie and thought that she could share it with Melanie, such thoughtful girls!

Play Dates

Kenzi had some fun play dates these past 2 weeks while Emi has been busy at camps.

First friend that came to play was Kendall.  Kendall is also a second child and loved coming over to play with Kenzi.  I loved listening and watching these two giggle, chat and play pretend.

Kenzi had a play date with Claire, who she will be going to school with in the fall.  

The two were so kind and shared play dough tools so nicely.

We enjoyed lunch with our friends Kasen and Haven after a morning of playing together. 

I love that Kenzi had the chance to spend time with her friends while Emi was away at camp 

{where she was having lots of fun too!}
